Jan Moran is an author, beauty and fragrance authority, media spokesperson and brand communication consultant. She is an expert in creating technological solutions for retailers. She consults to retailers, brands, and investors.
She is a graduate of the University of Texas and the Harvard Business School, and attended M.I.T., the Institute of World Affairs, and the UCLA Writer's Program.
She is the creator of Scentsa, a revolutionary touch screen system for retailers. She is the founder of Crescent House Publishing, Inc., and served as Co-CEO for many years. As a management consulting executive for Deloitte & Touche, she advised corporate clients in the U.S., Canada, and Japan. She has also worked as programmer, and managed retail beauty accounts for Yves Saint Laurent, Parfums Stern, and other brands. Moran is the author of the books, Fabulous Fragrances I and II, which earned a position on Rizzoli Books top ten bestseller list. Her list of clients includes Sephora, JCPenney, DFS Galleria, Nordstrom, Pfizer, and Edelman PR, among others.
